"Where focus goes, energy flows."
— Tony Robbins

If clarity is the clear sky, then focus is the ability to keep our eyes on the horizon, regardless of the passing clouds.

In a world of infinite tabs and endless scrolls, our attention is the most precious—and most besieged—resource we have. How do we move from being scattered and reactive to being centered and intentional? How do we build the mental muscle to direct our focus at will?

This gathering is a practical workshop on the art of attention. We'll explore the daily habits and micro-practices that strengthen our focus, allowing us to engage more deeply with our work, our conversations, and ourselves.

Come share, experiment, and discover the building blocks of a more present and purposeful day.

Inviting all who are...

🎯 Feeling pulled in too many directions and wanting to reclaim their attention.
🧘 Curious about the link between a focused mind and a sense of calm.
📵 Tired of digital distractions and seeking more intentional tech habits.
💡 Wanting to engage more deeply in conversations and creative work.
🔄 Ready to turn the idea of focus into a daily "workout."

📅 Agenda / What You'll Experience

💬 Icebreaker Conversation Cards (Round 1)

Begin with themed virtual question cards to spark intimate exchanges. Here are some sample questions.

  • When do you feel most "in flow" and completely absorbed in what you're doing? What makes that state possible?
  • What is one daily ritual that helps you transition from a scattered state to a focused one?
  • Where does your attention go when it's trying to escape a difficult task? (e.g., phone, tidying, daydreaming).
  • Complete this sentence: "For me, a focused hour feels like..."
  • What's one thing in your environment that actively supports your focus, and one thing that undermines it?

From there, we’ll embark on a respectful, engaging, and meaningful conversation, celebrating the diversity of perspectives and ideas within the group.

Note: This session may involve virtual question cards accessed via a link or QR code. If you do not have a device (phone/tablet) to access these, please ask a facilitator for assistance; we have spare units available.

💬 Spontaneous Reflective Question (Optional Round)

After warming up, our diverse group of friends and strangers will come together in a circle to exchange ideas on an intriguing topic chosen spontaneously. We may either continue with questions from the round one, or write our own questions.

Each participant is encouraged to contribute by sharing a unique question. You’re welcome to bring a question that’s been on your mind, or you can draw inspiration from the conversation cards provided. Once all the questions are collected, the group will collaboratively select one to kick off the discussion.

💬 Final Thoughts and Feedback

Where time allows, in the final 10 minutes of the event, we’ll take a moment to reflect on the key insights, memorable moments, and takeaways from our discussions. This is a chance to distill the shared wisdom and leave with a deeper understanding of the topics we’ve explored together.

After the event officially concludes, the group may choose to extend the session, depending on the group’s interest. Of course, you’re welcome to leave at any time that feels right for you.

An anonymized summary will be shared for sessions where key insights are identified. After the meeting, our facilitators and participants may reflect on the discussion and contribute to a summary or collaborative workbook based on their notes and observations. Additionally, questions may be revisited in future sessions in an anonymized manner.
