I offer a 1 hour coaching session, for free, in video call.
Whether you have already tried coaching before and want more, or are simply curious to try, this is for you.

**What is coaching for?**
Coaching is about creating positive **change** in your life.
Coaching is not about fixing a problem, although many problems are likely to be solved. Coaching is about creating a space where you can finally see yourself and your truth. Coaching can be useful if you:

* Seek **clarity** about your **goals** (big and small)
* Want more without knowing what (**nor why**)
* Wish to make **changes** in your life (but not sure **where to start**)

Think of: career setbacks, big decisions, preparing life transitions (big and small), relationships, self doubts, lack of direction, feeling stuck, clarifying goals, reassess priorities, and more.

**How does it work?**
You control the content of the session, and I control the process of the session. You decide what topics you wish to discuss, I won't pry anything from you. I will hold the space for you, support you, challenge you at times, and just ask you simple questions to help you realise how you can move forward.
Coaching is a collaborative process where a coach helps you identify and achieve your personal and professional goals. It's about empowering you to overcome challenges, build long-lasting change, and live a more fulfilling life.
