It is only through deep understanding of our users and customers that we can build products and services people really want. Customer centricity is the future.
To get there we need to answer this question: “How do we discover and validate what people want, in order to create great products and services?” This will be the main focus of this meetup. We will be covering many different areas and disciplines. Expect topics like Service Design, Customer research, Persona’s, Customer Journey and Lean Startup. But also R&D, Selling to GenerationY and much more.
Whether you’re a Product manager, Entrepreneur, Marketeer, Developer, Designer, in Sales, Consultancy or something else: if you want to adopt a customer centered approach in your daily work you should definitely join this group! Since this is a new group we would like to hear from you which topics you would like to learn more about.
