The CX Challenges community brings together practitioners from across departments —design, research, product, marketing, sales, support— to learn how to overcome customer experience challenges from each other’s perspectives. As customers increasingly see organisations as a single, unified experience, traditionally-siloed teams must improve how they collaborate to meet the needs of customers.
