This is a group for customer service professionals who want to master practical soft skills without the corporate fluff. I started this group to share my 6+ years of experience, including nearly two years as a CSR and four years as a Coach and Quality Analyst. We will focus on high-impact skills like confidence, compassion, effective questioning, and taking full ownership of the customer’s journey.
