Save the date for a new Customer Success Meetup. After two successful events last year we are coming back with the new event.
This time the topic is: Making customer onboarding a success
A huge part of customer success is defined by the first experience and results. Regardless if the customer is completely new to your market or is switching from competitor, it is crucial to ensure swift and successful onboarding. This not only allows you to raise the customer retention, but raises the customer’s received value.
Speakers:
- Paulius from Omnisend will explain what defines a successful onboarding, how to measure it, and how it is done at Omnisend.
- Asta Pukaite-Kajoke, Support Director at ServiceBridge will share experience from her organization. Her topic is “Onboarding – eating an elephant”.
- Agnė Gelžinytė, Customer Care Manager at Deeper will present a topic "Making smart anglers smarter".
We will start at 6PM with welcome drinks and pizzas. The programme will start at 6:30PM.
