Over her 10 year career, Sydney started as a Support rep and most recently prior to Catalyst led a 45+ international customer success org as the VP of Customer Success at InVision. She is deeply passionate about building customer success teams who deliver memorable customer experiences while maximizing business impact (retention, expansion and advocacy).
