Rachel Provan is the Director of Customer Success at Doodle AG and has over 16 years of experience in Customer Success and is passionate about developing the CS leaders of the future. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys knitting and writing, though not usually at the same time. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband, two little boys and a very strange dog.
