Our Panelists:

Sunny Mannivannan, VP Marketing at Guru

Sunny Manivannan is the vice president of marketing for Guru. Guru empowers revenue teams with the knowledge they need when they need it. Prior to joining Guru, Sunny was the vice president of product marketing at Coupa Software (NASDAQ:COUP). Earlier in his career, Sunny was a consultant at McKinsey & Company and an engineer at General Electric. Sunny holds a BS in Mathematics from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Michelle Shao, Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Looker

Michelle is originally from Taiwan and grew up in 6 cities between the US and in Asia. She started her career in Finance at Morgan Stanley before moving to a FinTech startup, Mattermark, in San Francisco. Michelle is now at a business intelligence company, Looker, as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager and helping lead strategic initiatives in moving upstream.

Matt Baron, Client Solutions at Simon Data

Matt Baron works on the client solutions team at Simon Data. Simon Data is a customer data platform with a fully-integrated marketing cloud. Prior to joining Simon Data, Matt was a consultant at PwC. Matt holds a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University.

Jesse Brightman, Global Head of Customer Success at stensul

Jesse is a Customer Success leader with over 10 years of SaaS and marketing experience. He is currently the Global Head of Customer Success at stensul, an email generation platform for the enterprise. Before stensul, Jesse held leadership positions at Percolate and VaynerMedia, and was a consultant working with Bessemer Venture Partners helping startups scale their customer success organizations.
