OUTDOOR Kundalini Yoga & Meditation

Summer and Fall classes will be held outdoors in the outdoor treehouse space, located under a large, sweet oak tree in my home studio.

I have a beautiful studio located in my beautiful 1920s Arts & Crafts Home. On rainy days or when it's too hot, class will be held indoors.

Indoor space - Enter the side door from the driveway and proceed down into the studio, located in my basement.

Treehouse space, walk to the end of my driveway, and enter through the open gate.

40 minutes of gentle movements, utilizing powerful breath and mental focus. These movements, with your breath, will strengthen the nervous system, balance the glands, purify the blood, and clean out subconscious thought patterns.

3 minutes- Meditation learning how to navigate daily emotions & problems
