Demystifying Dobbs

Don't miss this one! Demystifying Dobbs is an absorbing (really!) examination of the U.S. Supreme Court ruling in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health that overturned Roe v. Wade. Law Professor Anne Coughlin and Professor Bonnie Gordon, from the Sound Justice Lab at the University of Virginia, break down the loss of our constitutional right to abortion, and how this decision threatens other long-held rights, including contraception. Pointedly being held on Constitution Day, when the U.S. Constitution, which did not even consider women, was signed in Philadelphia on September 17, 1787--the Dobbs decision transports us back to that time.
