Cycle Breaker - Support Group

Hello Cycle Breaker Momma!

Breaking dysfunctional cycles within ourselves can be extremely hard and isolating. Not anymore!

Now you have a kick ass group of other moms who are on a similar journey of self acceptance, self love and who want to heal their trauma and create a new legacy for their kids and future generations!

This group is for you if you:

- Have a narcissistic, self absorbed or emotionall immature parent
- Have a narcissistic partner or ex spouse
- Struggle with people pleasing, perfectionism and feeling responsible for other people's problems
- Want to connect with other moms who are on the same journey to break the cycle of family dysfunction:)

Each week we share our highs and lows, feelings and needs - things we often don't know as moms. This is one hour a week where you are seen and heard for being you. You don't have to put on your makeup or do your hair, show up as you are. I look forward to seeing you soon!
