**Turning Interest into Action – Getting Hesitant Cyclists on the Road**
Building on previous successes, we unite technology, innovation, and cycling passion through dual events in Geneva and Zurich. Join students, industry experts, and creative minds in developing practical, real-world solutions aimed at making cycling safer, smarter, and more sustainable across Switzerland. Let's turn innovative ideas into tangible impact—together!

**What is Cycling Hack 2025?**
Cycling Hack is an annual event dedicated to fostering innovative solutions to enhance cycling safety, sustainability, and accessibility across Switzerland. Participants from diverse backgrounds—including tech enthusiasts, urban planners, students, apprentices, and anyone passionate about promoting cycling—collaborate in a dynamic environment to address real-world cycling challenges. With events in Geneva and Zurich, Cycling Hack bridges regional strengths and nurtures projects with potential national impact.

**Key Hackathon Information**
Our Hackathon Teams have been at work since the 8th May, developing their ideas for how to encourage hesitant cyclists to get on the road.

Teams will present their solutions to our panel of judges during the pitch session. After a short deliberation, the event will conclude with an awards ceremony.

* Velodrome experience taster session for each team member
* CHF 1000 vouchers to share between your team at a local bike shop

**Who should attend?**
Cycling enthusiasts, designers, developers, students, apprentices, policymakers, or anyone passionate about improving cycling safety and sustainability. No technical expertise is required—just creativity, motivation, and a willingness to collaborate.
**What to bring?**
Kick-Off Session (08 May 2025): Bring your enthusiasm! You can join with a pre-formed team or come alone and we’ll help you find teammates.
Final Presentation (15 May 2025): Prepare a presentation of your idea (max 10 min). Ensure at least one team member brings a laptop and charger for your presentation.
