Navigating Complexity in a Data Supply Chain context through Sensemaking

This presentation explores the challenges of navigating the complex landscape of biodiversity data supply chains in Australia and the efforts to drive sustainable change within fragmented systems that hinder effective environmental stewardship. Insights gained from applying the Cynefin framework for sensemaking will be shared, illustrating how it helped chart a clearer path for the project, while highlighting both the successes and obstacles encountered along the way to offer lessons that can inform future initiatives in biodiversity management.
