Thrive in complexity with Applied Improv

Details
Discover how Applied Improv can help you navigate complexity with this practical, hands on workshop-style session. You’ll learn what it is, why it’s useful in and (most importantly) practice doing it.
We’ll focus particularly on Constraints as a method for guiding action. They are a frequent feature of Cynefin discussion (for example http://cognitive-edge.com/blog/freedom-through-constraints/) but the practical implications are not always clear.
Here is your chance to learn by doing! By the end of this session, you will:
• Have at least one good idea to try immediately back at work
• Get to step outside your comfort zone, working without a script - literally!
• Learn a couple of tools to use with groups for better presence and connection
• Understand the practical role of Constraints for enabling action in complex situations
Co-facilitated by Aden Murphy and Helen Palmer
Session will start promptly at 6:00pm (5:30-6:00pm networking with other attendees.)
