If you like yoga and writing this weekend is for you. Yoga & Pranayama have traditionally been used to prepare mind and body for meditation. Charles has found out that yoga and pranayama can be used for creative writing too. Beginning and experienced writers will enjoy the creative and encouraging & supportive community.
Charles MacInerney C-IAYT, E-RYT-500 has been teaching yoga since the 1970s. His Interviews include the Wall Street Journal, Chicago Tribune, The Houston Chronicle and Yoga Journal. Clients include University of Texas, Texas A&M, IBM, Motorola, and Apple. He is a regular presenter at national and international conferences. He is certified by Amherst Writers & Artists to lead writing retreats.
