This time, our CZJUG on tour meetup will be hosted by Tricentis in their offices at Boudníkova 2538/11 DOCK IN FIVE, 6. patro · Praha.

Have you spent a coffee break by arguing with your colleague which Java Web framework is better? This CZJUG meetup will be exactly like that! A live coding session, where we will be adopting existing code to work on multiple modern Java frameworks like Quarkus, Helidon and Payara. Discussing advantages and disadvantages, checking new features and most importantly having fun!

@AdamBien is known Java influencer, podcaster and youtuber. He is working as a freelancing consultant with Java since JDK 1.0, with Servlets/EJB since 1.0, before the advent of J2EE in several large-scale applications and with JavaScript since 1995 on Netscape Navigator.
He is an architect and developer (with usually 20/80 distribution) in Java (SE / EE / Jakarta EE / MicroProfile) and Web (ES 6+, Web Components, Web Standards "no frameworks") projects.Adam wrote several books about JavaFX, J2EE, and Java EE, and is author of Real World Java EE Patterns—Rethinking Best Practices and Real World Java EE Night Hacks—Dissecting the Business Tier.
Participates in the JCP as an Expert Group member for the Java EE 6 and 7, EJB 3.X, JAX-RS, CDI, and JPA 2.X JSRs.
He is a Java Champion, NetBeans Dream Team Founding Member, Tech Star of the Year 2023, Oracle ACE Director, Sun :-) Certified Programmer, Sun Certified Java Architect, AWS Hero, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified Developer Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator Associate, AWS Certified Database - Specialty, Java Developer of the Year 2010, and attendees of his sessions chose him as JavaOne 2009 and double 2011, 2012, 2014 and triple 2013 Rock Star.He is organizing live, virtual online workshops a few times in a year: airhacks.com / airhacks.live.
