Live from New York! Taking Type Coaching to the Next Level with Doris Fullgrabe

I’ve built my coaching practice on the belief that people are amazingly capable and wonderfully complex. Using Personality Type as a lens to help my clients reach their goals is one of the most powerful tools in my repertoire. Type gives us language to describe inherent talents and stressors, and coaching helps us draw out their skills and navigate the transition they’re working on.

But that’s not all.

Understanding what coaching can do, and how Type awareness can boost that power also helps the coach be better. Knowing our Type means knowing our blind spots, those areas that might be just what our client needs!

It all begins with self-awareness

What we’ll do:

Break into Type-alike groups to discuss and later debrief how we like to coach and be coached (75 minutes)

Demo a new online software that helps coaches support their clients to apply Type knowledge on an ongoing basis, incl. action plans for development and relationships (15 minutes*)

Doris Füllgrabe, German ENFJ and past DFW APT Chapter President, is a Type and Culture enthusiast. She has lived and worked in Germany, the UK, Spain, Mexico, Texas, and currently calls New York home.
