Agile UX is becoming a bit of a flavour of the month... to the extent that we recently had a one day conference in Australia on the topic. Agile is more than just UX in an Agile framework. After all UX is more than UCD.
Sometimes it works sometimes not. Know why and what to do about it is the critical part.
Reality is applying UX techniques should be possible in any environment.
