Led by Dr. Kathy Padgitt and her team of healthy living specialists, these courses will take you on a journey of self-discovery, as you explore each of these principles in depth. More than ever before, we need to be intentional about assessing and maximizing the quality of our lives and over all health. From cooking classes, to the practices of yoga and mindfulness, your life will be enhanced through this unique and interactive experience. All classes will be held in the D.D. and Velma Davis Education Center at Fellows Riverside Gardens. The cost is $10 per class, which includes product samples. Cancellation policy: Cancellations less than one week, but before the 48 hour deadline will have a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made one week or prior will receive a full refund.
