Hands on: Planning and Executing an eLearning Project 1/3

1 out of 3 you say? That's right! It's time to get our hands dirty, and that takes more than just a few hours.

We'll be doing a three part meetup: Planning, executing, and presenting an eLearning project.

To answer your first question: No, you don't have to participate, observers welcome. But if you don't you'll be missing out! This is an excellent opportunity to learn from your peers and make some new friends.

In the first meetup, this one, we'll start with a 40 minute overview of how to plan for an eLearning project. Next, we'll be breaking into teams and doing some planning activities. We'll provide you with some sample topics and requirements, but ultimately the topic is up to you (and your team). Then it's up to you and your team to plan your project and get it ready for execution between this meetup and the next .

In the second meetup, we'll be focused on production. We'll go over production techniques, technology, and work on our projects.

In the final meetup of this series, we'll present our projects, and have a round table to talk about our experience and what we've learned.
