Crusade in the Dead Lands Pt. VIII
Horror Fantasy Adventures: 6th-7th level

The once great kingdom of Lombar has been overrun by undead and vampire lords for decades now. The vampires use mortal overseers to watch their serfs and peasants on their plantations as they would slaves or cattle. The characters arrive at the last village and monastery in the realm, Brenner Abbey, in an attempt to bring the decaying country back to life.

The party and their small peasant army have taken out the forces controlling the Black Tower and then killed the vampire lord there, lady Severina. The also freed High-Chief Elvarr's daughter Sonya who was actually a vampire. father Theophilus miraculously cured her and return to her father with the news. He and many of his elders converted to the priest's God thereafter.

The party must now also set free the 200+ blood servants and consolidate them either at the Black Tower or Grenshire as Winter is approaching soon. There are rumors that the Vampire Prince Dominic has sent his minions to conscript armies from the Orcs and Human Barbarians to crush the party's fledgling ecclesiastical state before it can do anymore damage to the dark lords dominion. The party may try to scout out these meetings and see what, if anything, they can do to thwart the Vampire Prince's efforts to strike back.

This is a Home-brew campaign using Pathfinder/D&D basic rules.
