Welcome to Everyone supper club, where Chef Karuna will prepare authentic dishes from Kerala, a state on India's tropical Malabar Coast.
A mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options is flavored with curry leaves, mustard seeds, cardamom, clove, ginger, cinnamon, and asafetida. Most importantly, the infusion of coconut cannot be forgotten!
We plan to serve you with the following:
"Lassi" as a starter. It is a creamy yogurt-based drink blended with water or milk. It is best enjoyed during summer and should be followed by the main course mentioned below.
1. Nadan Chicken Curry: Chicken cooked with Indian spices and coconut milk.
2. Thoran- seasonal vegetables diced with coconut).
3. Sambhar- lentils cooked with assorted vegetables and seasoned with tamarind paste and curry leaves.
4. Mutta Roast- Egg Roast
5. Papadom
6. Pachadi is a yogurt-based preparation.
7. Chutney
8. Steamed rice.
We will end our course with Payasam (Pudding type dessert).
The wine of your choice will complement our supper, and for those who choose not to consume alcohol, we have also made available a selection of non-alcoholic beverages.
