CiviCRM: Debugging techniques

Debugging can feel a lot like hunting for a needle in a haystack, andsometimes you're not even sure the needle is there. But we'll walkthrough a few examples taken from real life, and see how those werefound and solved. Along the way we'll look at strategies for narrowingthe search, and tools to help with navigating unfamiliar code.

In this session we'll look at what to do when the unexpected happensand you need to debug, especially when it's someone else's code --either CiviCRM core itself or an extension or CMS module.

Folks of all backgrounds are encouraged to attend, as I'm hoping we'llhave time to learn from each other when it comes to preferred practicesand toolsets.

** Pizza and beer will be provided! We'll kick off at 6:00 PM with a meet & greet. Presentation will begin at 6:30 PM.
