This is the first and initial North-East User Group focused on building a local community in the North East of likeminded enthusiasts focusing on Power Platform, Dynamics 365 and the wider Microsoft Stack.

Knowledge workers are the primary targets for the apps we build with Power Platform. Optimising user experience and helping users achieve productivity is an important facet of such apps, as we all know. AI, apart from its sensational growth in business app development, can be used to improve our apps to achieve these goals. This session explores some of these use cases, and provides a primer on using AI in low code apps

In this session Craig McGeough, Senior Pre-Sales Consultant at Incremental Group - a Microsoft Inner Circle Partner - will discuss the importance of a Power Platform Centre of Excellence and why it should be at the top of every organisation's agenda. He will discuss what a Centre of Excellence is, why organisations need one and the benefits and journey to getting a Centre of Excellence set up.
