Title: Power BI Usage Analysis: A practical approach to measuring and improving BI performance
Description: Achieving success with Power BI within an organisation goes beyond the initial implementation and maintenance. We must ensure it's properly implemented, widely adopted, and effectively used to unlock its full strategic potential. In their presentation, Anna and Gennadii will discuss how BI teams can analyse Power BI usage data to provide a solid ground for optimising the Power BI environment and facilitate a wide range of data and analytics initiatives.
They will share the fundamental questions that usage analysis should answer, the key metrics and KPIs to be tracked, and actionable strategies to transform the Power BI experience.
To demonstrate their approach, Anna and Gennadii will introduce a comprehensive BI usage analysis dashboard tightly integrated with Power BI via standard APIs.
Speaker Two: Mark Cotton and Bart Van Es
Title: From a voice call to pertinent activities seamlessly with AI
Description: Mark Cotton and Bart Van Es from Mercury xRM will demonstrate a real world use of AI and how it is used to increase productivity and accuracy.
They will show how a Teams call from within the Dynamics Sales Hub is transcribed, passed to AI to be summarised, and then finally how that summary is used to create activities that are pertinent to the voice conversation.
We strongly encourage you to arrive early to meet other user group members. We will be providing food and refreshments and you are welcome to stay afterwards for a chat!
