Let's play Alphabetti Spaghetti with the Power Platform and Accessibility!
Join me as I take a look at key areas that will help you include accessibility and discover features, and limitations, within the Power Platform.
So that I can keep this dynamic some letters may be skipped over but you will leave this session with a good grasp on core fundamentals of Accessibility in the Power Platform, and great ideas to help continue your journey.
This is a session for anybody who uses the Power Platform, no matter your skill level!
Bio: Mike Hartley
Open and honest about his own Mental Health and Disabilities, but in a humorous and entertaining way that puts people at ease and encourages conversation.
Has far too many years of IT experience covering all the job titles from Sales to Developer, Helpdesk to IT Manager, Networking to DBA, Consultant to Solution Architect and many more. Carrys the scars and stories from all of those, whilst being on a permanent quest to learn more and keep pushing forward.
Mad about the Microsoft Business Applications space including Power Platform and Dynamics 365, but with a core focus on Accessibility and Inclusion.
Outside of tech you will find a proud Nerd & Geed (Neek?) who loves Sci-Fi, Fantasy, Technology and more. A family man and a massive petrol head and sports fan (F1, F2, MotoGP, WEC, Rugby, Cricket, Snooker, BTCC... to name just a few sports)

Talk 2 - What is a large language model and how can it be leveraged for consultants? - Jon Russel & Mike Gowland
Mike and Jon will dive deep into how Large Language Model’s (LLMs) work and how important prompt engineering is going to become. They will showcase their solution which will be essential to any consultant’s toolkit, to help spark conversation with clients, and to be a copilot for every day consultant needs.

A Power Automate geek and lover of all things automation. I am currently employed as a Power Platform Consultant where I am realising my dream of working inside the Power Platform space as well as contributing to the community and building relationships with the people inside it.
I am passionate about mental health, having studied Counselling and also becoming a mental health first aider.
