Birmingham D365 & Power Platform User Group - July 17th 2025

Our next in-person meeting of the year will take place on Thursday 17th July 2025 from 18:30 at the Wesleyan Building. Parking is available close by at the B4 Car Park or it’s a short walk from any city centre train station.

The session will present Dynamics 365 Contact Centre, Microsoft’s modern, AI-powered customer service solution. We will showcase key features such as routing, real-time analytics, integrated voice and digital channels, and AI-based agent assist. Attendees will see a live demonstration of multichannel engagement, Copilot Studio support for interactive voice response (IVR) capabilities, highlighting how agents can seamlessly interact with customers across voice, chat within a unified interface and a brief overview of upcoming features.
