Let's take a wander through the different scenarios and look at how we can monitor and manage to keep our world safe. Starting with M365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, then on to Copilot studio and extensibility, and finally with Azure AI and other AI engines. what bad practices are already out there, and what to look out for.

Claire Edgson is Microsoft Digital Customer Experience CTO, Europe for CapGemini. Claire has decades of experience working with Microsoft technologies, from SharePoint and Dynamics 365 to the Power Platform. Claire regularly contributes to many community events as part of sessions and deep-dive workshops, and we're delighted to welcome her back to the Manchester UG once more!

Dhammika Mendis is Technical Delivery Lead at Robiquity. Dhammika is passionate about improving User Experience and using technology to solve problems and enhance the status quo. As a first time speaker at our user group, we're excited to welcome Dhammika to our stage!
