Discover how to bring intelligence and agility into your Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes using Power Automate and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. In this dynamic, demo-led session, we’ll showcase two impactful automation scenarios - vendor onboarding and automated goods receipt approvals - designed to reduce friction, eliminate manual bottlenecks, and accelerate decision-making and procurement cycles.
Whether you're shaping business processes or building the automation behind them, you'll gain practical insights into designing scalable, low-code workflows that seamlessly connect procurement, finance, and operations to drive smarter and faster outcomes across the enterprise.

19:15-20:00: Power Platform Pipelines - ALM for all sizes - Matt Collins-Jones
What the heck is ALM? Let's be honest, it's tempting to think, "Let’s build in Dev and deploy straight to production; who needs testing?" or even, "No, let’s just build in production!" But hold on—there's a better way that doesn't give developers and IT admin nightmares!
Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) is absolutely crucial in software development. For Low-code developers and simple projects, we have inbuilt Power Platform Pipelines. This ALM tool is designed for Makers, Fusion Teams, and High-Code developers alike, catering to companies of all sizes—from small businesses to large enterprises.
In this session, we’ll dive into:
- Where Power Platform Pipelines Shine (and Where They Don’t): Discover the strengths and limitations of Power Platform Pipelines compared to other ALM methods.
- Scalability Across Organisations: Learn how Power Platform Pipelines can be implemented in any company, regardless of size.
- Tailoring Your ALM Strategy: Get insights on creating a customised strategy that fits your needs.
- Best Practices: We’ll ensure you’re equipped with best practices throughout the entire process to maximise success.
