18:30 Peter Baddeley: Understanding collaboration spaces in Teams with Sales for Microsoft 365 Copilot
The way sales teams work is changing, with a need for greater collaborative working and a need to accept that sales teams don’t spend their whole time in the CRM. Collaboration Spaces are Microsoft’s answer to this. By leveraging Copilot for Sales, sales teams can create Teams using the Account and Deal Room template. In this session, Peter will explore what these templates include and how to configure your environment to use them. He will consider the limitations, where it fits with other integrations and the extra value from AI tools. Attendees will leave the session knowing how this capability works and the benefits it can bring to sales teams and beyond.

19:45 Dan Barber and Ian Tweedie: The Human Hack: The Future of Consulting Culture

Expect a candid conversation as two seasoned leaders in the Microsoft consulting community are interviewed by a fellow highly experienced leader. The session will be filled with, stories, audience Q&A, and actionable advice you can put straight into action back on your projects and in your teams. Bring your questions and get involved.
