From January 7th thru July 1st 2014, we're meeting on Tuesday nights from 7-9pm in the Coffee Shop of Calvary Church West (top floor, west side of building)- just off Norris Rd, east of Hankes. Call 630.466.4680 for directions and details. You're welcome to stop in at any point during the class. Whenever you can make it, we can help you. Calvary West is located in a nicely renovated industrial office and warehouse building, instead of a typical church building. We have the Coffee Shop to ourselves and everything that's brought up in the group is confidential. We're here to help you get through the difficult and trying times of a broken marriage. There is no charge for the class. All the facilitators are people who've been through rough divorces themselves and came out better and stronger from those trials. We can provide childcare for free or at a nominal cost if you call ahead. Please join us for a night or two to see if we can help you get back to a new normal life that you can enjoy again.
We go through the lesson plan of Divorce Care created by http://www.divorcecare.org . The website has a lot of information. The class has a Christian foundation, but non-believers who've attended have been able to benefit just as much. The sessions are held Tuesday nights at 7 at Calvary West in Sugar Grove near the Bliss Creek Golf Course and Thursday nights at 7 at Calvary Naperville on Route 59, 1 mile south of the Fox Valley Mall. The group at Sugar Grove is smaller and gives you a chance to talk a little more. For more information on both locations of Calvary, see http://www.calvarynaperville.org . The sessions are free and have a workbook that you can go through if you choose. You're welcome to stop in any night in Sugar Grove and just listen if that's all you want to do, or open up and share your heart in a confidential setting.
