CEO Roundtable featuring Robert Campbell II

Robert "Rob" Campbell joined The New York Life insurance company in 2007. He had a successful 4-year career as a financial advisor. During this time he received recognition by qualifying in 2011 as an MDRT producer. This achievement recognizes that Mr. Campbell was in the top 3% of producers in his industry world-wide. In 2011 Mr. Campbell made the decision to transition into a leadership position with his firm as a Partner. He did this in order to pursue his passion for leadership and team building. He has received numerous awards including being recognized as the Top Partner of the Pacific Zone of New York Life for the last two consecutive years, and being a three-time recipient of the prestigious Career Commitment Award. Mr. Campbell is passionate about serving his community and has served on many boards. He has received recognition as a community leader by being named to the 2012 class of Tucson’s 40 under 40, and the 2014 Tucson Up and Comers. Mr. Campbell believes in and practices what he calls growth based leadership. This is a values based leadership model which moves emphasis away from the more traditional metric and goals based systems. Instead the highest value is placed on the continuous incremental growth of the individual. He believes that by making this paradigm shift leaders are able to unlock the fullest potential of themselves and the teams they lead.
