Ask anybody who's had a business problem to solve- they'll tell you about the time they they discovered and implemented the PERFECT technology to solve their automation, content management, project management, CRM, or email campaign problems. But after design and implementation, nobody on their team used the technology. It didn't quite stick.
Why does this happen?
Why are we looking first to technology to solve our problems, rather than using technology to enable our business strategy? Why is marketing technology often implemented outside of an organization's existing technology infrastructure?
