Co-Creating for Community Impact: Strength-Based Collaboration for Change

Calling all local resident change makers, (social) entrepreneurs, and coaches!

Join us for an interactive workshop on Appreciative Inquiry. This method is a revolutionary strength-based approach to facilitating meaningful discussions within your group or team. Participants will leave with the basic framework of appreciative inquiry and feel confident enough to bring a group together and start asking questions differently. We plan to continue these events for anyone who wants to master their collaboration, leadership and team-building skills.

The theme of these workshops is "flourishing communities" and the beneficiaries of our work are the participants, their organizations and the Monterey bay area communities. This collaborative approach is used by major organizations around the world.
