Aragon app workshop - setup a smart fund DAO together

Aragon (https://aragon.org/) provides a framework for creating your own DAO on Ethereum. It provides DAO building blocks including a kernel (permission, access control and apps orchestration), voting, finance, etc.
In this workshop, we will learn together
- how to setup a new aragon app development environment
- an app that can manage a "mutual fund", which controls inflow and outflow of ether and invest ether into different tokens according to the "investment strategy" written in a smart contract
- integrate with voting module to allow fund owners to agree to the change of the investment strategy
