I'll be traveling to Europe at the end of the month (Dublin, (as well as London & Berlin) in December to teach Raw Chocolate-Making Classes.

I did this in other parts of Europe this Summer (Zurich & Paris) and it was well received.

So this time, I'm going to share my passion and craft with the NYC Raw crew before I fly over the pond.

I have found a home-kitchen in a Penthouse in Chelsea that looks to be a promising venue for my workshop. There will be a fee of $45 per person which will cover cost of these rich superfood ingredients, my time, and the facility space.

This will be a hands-on class with the ability to also sit and watch if you'd like.

At each workshop, a focus is placed on simplifying the technique of raw chocolate-making. You will learn the base recipe for which all my chocolate flavors come from. Additionally, you'll learn appx. 2-3 recipes.

Each recipe is packed with nutritious Superfoods and you'll have the opportunity to taste the different flavors once they're finished.

Also, you'll be emailed a Recipe Book of all 6 flavors Chocolate Therapie, (my company) makes. In addition, the E-book has the Cashew Milk-Based Chocolate Chip Milkshake, (smoothie) for which inspired my unique chocolate.
