On the occasion of the 12th International Day of Yoga, we invite you to a special 2-day Yoga Celebration and Workshop, an initiative by the United Nations to honor the timeless wisdom of Yoga Vidya. This event is jointly organized by the students of the Bihar School of Yoga (Satyananda Yoga Tradition) in the Bay Area, the Consulate General of India, San Francisco, and the Sunnyvale Community Center.
Together, let us embrace the essence of yoga as a way to live with vitality, clarity, and joy.

All are welcome. No prior experience needed.
Let this Yoga Day be the beginning of your transformation.
The International Day of Yoga, initiated by the United Nations in 2015, is a global celebration aimed at promoting the benefits of Yoga. The Satyananda Yoga (Bihar School of Yoga) Tradition, rooted in the ancient teachings of Yoga Vidya and refined through decades of research, offers a guide to living a healthy and harmonious life, particularly in times of distress and difficulty. These practices enhance performance by balancing physical, mental, and emotional energy and teach us how to live the Yogic life from moment to moment.
