What's coming in Selenium4, Diego Molina

What has Selenium been doing during the last two years? Two years since the last stable release! The Selenium project has been spending time organising itself a bit better, understanding what users need and want, improving components, rewriting Grid from scratch, integrating Chrome Dev Tools Protocol (CDP), and thinking about WebDriver BiDi, preparing Selenium 4, and above all, creating a collaboration environment.

What is new in Selenium 4? How does it work and what can I do with the CDP integration? How could I upgrade to Selenium 4? Is Grid 4 more stable and scalable? Can I use my Selenium 3 code with Grid 4? And most importantly, will Selenium 4 fix all my Selenium problems?

Let me share with you what is the roadmap to Selenium 4, how to contribute to it, and some of the thoughts we have for the future of Selenium.
