We held regular meetups (benkyokai) in Kyoto starting in 2009, butwanted a place where Drupal-related topics could be discussed andinformation exchanged more freely so we decided to change the name andrestart the group as the Drupal Cafe. We’d like to make it a place whereyou can share the latest information about Drupal, your own experiences,questions, and related topics such as other CMS.
In addition, participants can use the meetings as opportunities to workon translations for Drupal or module development in an environmentsimilar to “coder lounges” usually held at larger conferences.
We’re planning to hold Drupal Cafe meetings monthly (tentatively the 3rdThurs. or Fri. of each month). The location will alternate between Osakaand Kyoto so feel free to stop by and join us to talk about Drupal whenyou can!
