Online DC/OS office hour: Creating DC/OS packages

In this office hour, our one and only Ken Sipe (https://twitter.com/kensipe), Mesosphere engineer and Technical Kung Fu Artist will brief us on how to create a package for the DC/OS universe (http://mesosphere.github.io/universe/).
