Colorado Lagoon Walk: Recreation Park Concert in the Park

Group walk starts promptly at 5:30 pm. We will meet at Sochi Friendship Grove (corner of 7th and Park Ave). Concert starts at 6:30 pm.

WALK This will be a short easy, 1 mile walk. Starting from Sochi Friendship Grove (7th and Park Ave) follow the path to 6th Street, (crossing at the crosswalks), turn left to the Colorado Lagoon (right) follow the trail/walking bridge. Turn right and follow the sidewalk to Park Ave. Turn right returning to our starting point.

Week 3 (July 11-14), “World Traveler” – Pack your bags as we travel on a quick musical journey around the world. What an adventure it will be to hear and experience the musically gifted world in which we live! The return of soulful vocalist, Derek Bordeaux, joins forces with the Studio Band for this fun-filled week.

Bring a chair/blanket for the concert.

PARKING You might be able to park by Blair Field or Woodrow Wilson Hight School.
