Castellano:Experimentación visual digital con nuevas herramientas. El colectivo multidisciplinar BCNProgLab ofrece la oportunidad de probar una de las herramientas que han desarrollado durante el año 2014/2015, “The Dots”.
Se plantea como un taller de pintura digital, con algunas variantes. A los chicos del grupo les interesa ver que puede desarrollar la gente como ideas a partir de esos “puntos” que se proyectaron en la obra que se creó para el Marasma Zibra. Los participantes del taller serán parte activa de esta obra digital generativa.

This will be the first session of our painting vs algos lab at the artists space NauArt. This one will be a bit experimental, but we have the idea of repeating it more frequently in the future and organize an exhibition of the realized works.

BCNProglab has been developing unconventional digital painting tools over the last year, which proved to have a very strong visual identity. We wish to give an opportunity for more people to try one of them and see what they would produce using it.
So this will be a workshop about understanding how new media painting tools work, and you will be given a chance to produce your own artwork!
At the beginning of the session, we will install the programme on your machine and explain how it works. We will then share impressions and talk about them, you'll see, it will be nice :) In the end we may go for a beer to the next bar and get to know each other!
And another quick sketch in a very different style, made with another tool. Can't wait to see what ideas everybody is going to come up with!
