Intervals!

Let's meet up to do some interval training and grab a dinner afterwards.
1st tuesday of the month: 6 X1Km = 6Km
2nd tuesday of the month: pyramid intervals (800, 1000, 1200, 1200, 1000, 800) = 6km
3rd tuesday of the month: short intervals ( 15 x 400m ) = 6Kms
4rd tuesday of the month: 5Km trials (we all try to run 5Kms as fast as we can, a really nice way to see if your monthly training is paying off, and no need to pay entrance fee :-)
We will start 10-15 min to warmup, do some drills, and do the sessions, followed by a cooldown and some stretching. Afterwards, for those interested, we can go and grab a pizza or something. I think the ciao ciao at Hornsbergs strand 77 seems like a good option, as it is only a km away.
Please RSVP, and indicate if you are joining the dinner or not (in case we are many, I will make reservations).
