I want to get to know you, and discover together how we can best serve each other.

I hope to create a place where it's safe to talk about the things we might not talk about every day in our companies.

I'll talk a little bit about my motivation for starting this, to set the tone, and then I'd like to hear from each and every one in the group.

Also, it's my 40th birthday, and there's nothing I'd rather do than spend it with like-minded souls.
