Meet and Greet and Talk

I want to have a meet and greet but need a location and to work out transportation. Please give me any ideas that you have so that we can try to get together with everybody. I prefer it to be the third Sunday of the month for a Brunch. From like 2:00pm to 6:00pm. Thanks.
