Rapid Prototyping Course May

Rapid Prototyping is an introductory course to modern day digital fabrication. We take you through the basics of Power Tools, CAD Modelling with Fusion 360, 3D Printing, Laser Cutting, Electronics, and Arduino. Learn every weekend, and come to the space all week to practice.

On the weekends, the course will run from 11:00am to 5:00pm. On weekdays, our space is open for you to come in and practice your new skills from 11:00am - 9:00pm.

A breakdown of the schedule

May 12th: DESIGN THINKING + POWER TOOLS
May 13th: 3D PRINTING + LASER
May 14th - May 18th: OPEN SPACE / PRACTICE TIME
May 19th: ELECTRONICS + ARDUINO
May 20th: CAD MODELLING WITH FUSION 360
May 21st - 24th: OPEN SPACE / PRACTICE TIME

This looks like a crash course on tools - but it is really about getting you started on that dream project you've wanted to build. You'll learn from experts who'll be there to guide you through the sessions. It doesn't matter if you've got rudimentary or no technical knowledge. We will begin at the basics. And then off you go on your journey of innovation and tinkering.

Just bring your attitude, laptop and lunch boxes. All materials, tools and insights for the sessions are on us.
