About us

Dad’s Support Group is a supportive community for any dad - new, soon-to-be, in-the-trenches, seasoned, step, guardian, whatever. It’s for sharing your experiences as a dad, and hearing from others. It's for sorting through who you are now, and who you want to be, and how to get there.

It's not a place to fix each other's problems, share parenting tips, or hand out unsolicited advice — we listen and share, we don't solve for one another. And it's not a drop-in space; it works because the same guys show up and build trust over time.

Dad's support group consists of weekly support group meetings facilitated by Dr. Ian J Palombo of Cedarpath Counseling, PLLC. Groups are private, attendance is limited to 8 dads, and a screening call is required prior to attending.

To join, RSVP for a group and schedule an intake call here: https://cedarpathnc.as.me/

This group meets in-person on Mondays at 6-7:30 P and virtually on Tuesdays @ noon.
