Dad's Support Group — Weekly Virtual Session - Tuesdays @ noon

An open, ongoing peer support group for all dads — new, seasoned, soon-to-be, step, guardian, whatever. If you find yourself in the paternal role in the life of a small human, you belong here.

What to expect: Each session starts with a short grounding exercise, check-ins, open discussion, and a closing round. There's no pressure to share more than you're ready to.

New here? You'll need a quick intake call before attending your first session — schedule one here. Once that's done, you're all set to join us.

Cost: $40 per group. Cedarpath also accepts Aetna insurance.

Dad's Support Group is facilitated by Dr. Ian Palombo, LCMHC, founder of Cedarpath Counseling. Ian works with dads an athletes, and is a husband and father of two young kids.
