About us

This is a private, curated event group focused on traditional Korean alcohol (makgeolli) and fermentation culture.

The group is currently set to “hidden” while we prepare for an official launch. During this phase, events are limited to selected participants to ensure a high-quality, intimate experience.

Our sessions are designed for small groups and offer a premium, hands-on learning experience. Participants will explore the art and science of traditional Korean brewing, including ingredient selection, fermentation techniques, and cultural context. Each event is hosted by a certified traditional liquor sommelier and brewer.

All materials and ingredients are provided. No prior experience is required—only curiosity and an interest in Korean traditional alcohol.
